Designed for effective cleaning and protection of metallic and plastic medical and dental instruments, including stainless steel, titanium, prostheses, dentures, flexible and rigid endoscopes, catheters, and ultrasonic probes. This mild, hospital-grade instrument cleaner helps remove organic residues and soils, reduces microbial contamination, and provides surface protection against corrosion to prolong instrument life. Restores cleanliness and improves performance of instruments affected by inorganic buildup. Formulated with inhibitors to reduce corrosion while delivering effective descaling action. Suitable for manual and ultrasonic cleaning applications.

Cleaning in immersion tray

Immerse instruments in warm 1-10% PHA 25 solution (10-100 ml/litre, max 50 °C).

Instruments with carbide insert, use only 1- 3% PHA 25 solution (10-30 ml/litre, max 50 °C).

After maximum contact of approximately 1hour, remove instruments & rinse thoroughly with water & dry.

Cleaning in Ultrasonic bath

Immerse instruments in warm 1-2% PHA 25 solution (10-20 ml/litre, max 500C). Contact time of approx. 1-5 min in accordance with instrument manufacture's data. Do not mix with other products.

Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with deionized or RO water to stop the acidic action.

Drying: Dry immediately and completely to prevent new rust, using a lint-free cloth or compressed air.

Post-Treatment: Re-sterilize instruments via autoclaving or standard disinfection protocols after the acid treatment.

Keep out of reach of children. Store <30°C, sealed, away from sunlight. Keep container closed after use. Wear protective gloves and glasses while handling. Do not mix with bleach or other cleaners. Use in a well-ventilated area. Test on an inconspicuous area before use. Do not reuse the bottle for food or beverages. Dispose of empty bottle in recycling bin. If swallowed accidentally, drink water and seek medical help. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Formulations may naturally change color over time; however, this does not affect the product’s efficacy or performance.
