A high-level disinfectant based on Ortho Phthalaldehyde, providing broad-spectrum antimicrobial efficacy. Effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and mycobacteria for critical and semi-critical instruments. Designed for effective cleaning and protection of metallic and plastic medical and dental instruments, including stainless steel, titanium, prostheses, dentures, flexible and rigid endoscopes, catheters, and ultrasonic probes. This mild, hospital-grade instrument cleaner helps remove organic residues and soils, reduces microbial contamination, and provides surface protection against corrosion to prolong instrument life. Suitable for manual and ultrasonic cleaning applications.

Step 1: Pre-clean

Thoroughly clean, rinse, and dry all instruments to remove organic matter, as moisture can dilute the solution.

Step 2: Immerse Instruments

Ensure instruments are unassembled and unhinged if possible. Immerse in prepared solution.

Step 3: Contact Time

Immerse device completely, filing all lumens and eliminating air pockets in OPA 55 solution for a minimum of 5 minutes at 25°C or 12 minutes at 20°C.

Contact time allows Solution to help remove contaminants and support surface hygiene.

Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly

Remove device from the solution and rinse thoroughly with sterile water or with potable water. Does not require activation before use.

Keep out of reach of children. Store <30°C, sealed, away from sunlight. Keep container closed after use. Wear protective gloves and glasses while handling. Do not mix with bleach or other cleaners. Use in a well-ventilated area. Test on an inconspicuous area before use. Do not reuse the bottle for food or beverages. Dispose of empty bottle in recycling bin. If swallowed accidentally, drink water and seek medical help. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Formulations may naturally change color over time; however, this does not affect the product’s efficacy or performance.
