Designed for cleaning and rust prevention of all metallic and plastic medical and dental instruments, including flexible and rigid endoscopes, ultrasonic probes, and reusable catheters. Surgical Equipment Cleaner is a mild, hospital-grade, quaternary ammonium solution that helps maintain instrument cleanliness, reduces microbial contamination on surfaces, and provides surface protection to prolong the life of instruments. Ideal for cleaning metallic and plastic medical and dental instruments, including stainless steel, titanium, prostheses, dentures, endoscopes, catheters, and ultrasonic probes. Removes organic residues and soils, protects surfaces from corrosion, and is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
Routine Cleaning:
Dilute 1:99 → 10 ml Cleaner + 990 ml water
Ultrasonic Cleaning:
Dilute 1:19 → 50 ml Cleaner + 950 ml water
Step 2: Immerse Instruments
Ensure instruments are unassembled and unhinged if possible. Immerse in prepared solution. For ultrasonic cleaning, heat water to 60 °C before immersion.
Step 3: Contact Time
Manual immersion: Allow at least 10 minutes of contact time for effective cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning: Deliver ultrasonic power for 60–180 seconds in 60 °C water.
Contact time allows Benzalkonium Chloride to help remove contaminants and support surface hygiene. ALWAYS USE DISTILLED WATER TO AVOID ULTRASONIC DAMAGE.
Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse instruments with clean, potable water.

Keep out of reach of children. Store <30°C, sealed, away from sunlight. Keep container closed after use. Wear protective gloves and glasses while handling. Do not mix with bleach or other cleaners. Use in a well-ventilated area. Test on an inconspicuous area before use. Do not reuse the bottle for food or beverages. Dispose of empty bottle in recycling bin. If swallowed accidentally, drink water and seek medical help. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Formulations may naturally change color over time; however, this does not affect the product’s efficacy or performance.
